Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today did an aerial survey of Guptkashi and Kedarnath, the epicentre of disaster in flood-ravaged Uttarakhand. Bad weather did not allow Mr Gandhi's chopper to land. Mr Gandhi flew into Uttarakhand on Monday to survey the rescue and relief operations. He spent the night at a base camp set up at Gauchar.
