A parcel exploded after being delivered to the home of a local leader of the Janata Dal United or JD(U) in Bihar this morning. One person has died and another has been injured. The parcel was addressed to Abhay Kushwaha, who heads the Gaya unit of the JD(U), which is the ruling party in Bihar.
