The Maharashtra Home Minister Jayant Patil has announced that Shiv Sena and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena activists will pay for the properties they have damaged in Nashik and Mumbai. The Commissioner of Police has said that he is preparing a report that will be submitted to the magistrate who will then order the respective parties to pay for the damages.
