Sunday's civil polls may be a big indicator of what may happen in the 2013 Assembly elections in Delhi. The turnout this year in the Municipal Corporation elections was higher than last time. A slow start to the voting soon picked up on Sunday, and went well over 50 per cent, according to estimates.
