Amit Shah's bail stands; Sohrabuddin case shifted to Mumbai

In a setback to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Supreme Court today rejected its plea to cancel the bail of Amit Shah, former minister and close aide of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, in the 2005 Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.
