NDTV's report on an elderly couple and their grandson in Hyderabad who live a difficult life with no social welfare support, Aadhaar card, ration card or pension, evoked a tremendous response from viewers who have come forward to help. Later the centre also stepped in promising necessary paperwork for the couple to receive benefits.
