Accessibility to public beaches is everyone's right, being able to enjoy the sand on your feet or wade into the waves that crash the shore may seem like small pleasures in life. But that isn't the case for everyone. Have you ever wondered how accessible our beaches are to people with disabilities? Large parts across our country still remain inaccessible to people with disabilities, including our beaches. But once in a while there are certain thoughtful steps taken to make them feel more inclusive.
