An activist who has accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's brother-in-law of a leading role in a scam worth 10 crores linked to civic works was attacked last night. Rahul Sharma had a narrow escape when he was targeted by bikers on a busy road at Greater Noida near Delhi, said the police.
