Sunil Mittal-owned Bharti Airtel is currently offering a host of data recharge packs apart from its unlimited prepaid plans. These data packs come with specific data limit for a specific period of time. These packs are priced at Rs 48, Rs 98, Rs 175, Rs 248 and Rs 398, as mentioned on the official website of Airtel- airtel.in. There is an ongoing data war in the telecom market which kick started in the country's telecom sector by Mukesh Ambani-run Reliance Jio.

Airtel's unlimited data pack in detail:
Airtel is offering 400MB of data for Rs 48. The pack is valid for a duration of 10 days. For its 1GB pack, Airtel is charging Rs 98 and the pack is valid for 28 days. The 2GB data pack comes at a price of Rs 175 with a validity of 28 days. Priced at Rs 248, Airtel's 3GB data pack is valid for a duration of 28 days. The 5GB data pack, one needs to pay an amount of Rs 398 which is valid for 28 days.
Last week, Vodafone came up with an offer of 120GBs of free additional data for a year on purchase of Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) smartphone. Any customer opting for Rs 199 prepaid recharge plan and above will be eligible for the offer, the company said. Vodafone's postpaid customers who have subscribed to Rs 399 plan and above can also enjoy the added data benefit of 10 GBs per month upon buying Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1).
Reliance Jio is also set to offer ultra high speed fiber to the home (FTTH) broadband connections with a maximum of 1.1 terabytes of free data. The data will reportedly be offered at a high speeds of 100 megabits per second (mbps).
