Iran confirmed the deaths of IRGC intelligence chief Kazemi and deputy Mohaqiq in an Israeli strike. A third IRGC officer, Mohsen Bagheri, was also reported killed in the same Israeli operation. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was evacuated to a bunker in northeastern Tehran amid Israeli strikes.
