BJP MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi rescued a man detained in iron shackles at Bhograi police station. Kartika Chandra Bhol was held for two days without case registration after a bike dispute. Bhograi police station inspector was suspended for gross misconduct and dereliction of duty.
