Raj Kushwaha's mother claims he is innocent in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi. Kushwaha is one of five arrested in connection with Raja's murder, whose body was found on June 2. Raj's family asserts he was in the city at the time of the murder, not in Meghalaya.
