A Delhi court acquitted former coal secretary HC Gupta and others in a coal scam case. Gupta has been acquitted twice but convicted in five other coal-related cases, with appeals pending. The court convicted JAS Infrastructure Capital Ltd and director Manoj Kumar Jayaswal for criminal conspiracy.
