Union Minister J.P. Nadda launched the indigenously made tetanus and adult diphtheria vaccine at CRI Kasauli. The vaccine is introduced under the Universal Immunization Programme with 55 lakh doses supplied by April. India has achieved WHO Maturity Level III for regulatory systems, enhancing vaccine quality, safety standards.
