In an interview to NDTV Profit, Stephen Schwartz, Chief Economist for Asia, BBVA Research said that weak growth outlook in Europe is going to impact global stocks. "There downside risks in sight. European leaders have taken positive steps but much more needs to be done cheer markets," he said.
