Indian sitarist Anoushka Shankar, who has voiced her opinions on various issues, says that she is scared of speaking out about certain topics. In an interview with NDTV's Rohit Khilnani, she also said that it is important for a democracy to grow a culture where people can speak out and that it's difficult for people to be vocal about their opinion if they fear for one's life.
