In the dusty bylanes of Jodhpur, a stateless community lives in limbo. They made the long journey from Pakistan only to find themselves isolated and ignored across the border. Many hapless families have been waiting to be recognised as Indians for 50 years or longer, spending their years in economic and social despair.
