Jet Airways Offers Domestic Flight Tickets From 1,165 Rupees

Jet Airways is offering domestic flight tickets at a starting all-inclusive price of Rs 1,165, according to the official website of the airline - jetairways.com. Passengers can book flight tickets to 37 domestic destinations, according to the airline's website. Additionally, the airline is also offering 10 per cent off on flight bookings for more than 4 or more passengers traveling together, the carrier noted on its website. Jet Airways' offer on flight tickets come amid high competition in the country's civil aviation sector.

Here are the terms and conditions of Jet Airways' flight ticket offer:

1. The offer is only applicable on one-way journeys in the economy section, according to Jet Airways' website.

2. There is no sale restriction or travel restriction under this offer.

3. The tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of commencement of journey.

4. Child discount, date change, refund charges, black out period and flight restriction will be applicable as mentioned in the fare rule, according to the airline's website.

5. Jet Airways reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions, it mentioned on its portal.

Meanwhile, rival GoAir is offering domestic and international flight tickets at a starting all-inclusive price of Rs. 1,199 and Rs. 4,999 respectively in a limited-period sale. Bookings under the sale offer can be made till March 15, 2019, according to airline's website - goair.in.  

Domestic air passenger traffic, on the other hand, rose 18.60 per cent in 2018 to 1,389.76 lakh, from 1,171.76 lakh in the corresponding period a year ago, according to data from aviation regulator DGCA or Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
