Takahiro Shiraishi, the Twitter killer, was executed in Japan after nearly three years. He murdered and dismembered nine people, aged 15 to 26, at his Kanagawa flat in 2017. Shiraishi targeted suicidal individuals online, offering to help them die before killing them.
