The United States is temporarily allowing the sale of Russian oil that is at sea. Brent crude inched further above $100 a barrel and stocks fell in early Asian trade on Friday. Iran's new supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei called for using "the lever of blocking the Strait of Hormuz".
