Nurhaswani Afni Mohamad Zorki was charged with assault for trying to hug Perak Sultan Nazrin Shah. She appeared in court and was ordered to undergo psychiatric observation for schizophrenia. Ms Zorki rushed onto the stage during Independence Day celebrations on August 31 in Ipoh.
