Sonam Raghuvanshi fled after her husband, Raja, was attacked with a machete by the hitmen. Raja was repeatedly assaulted, leading to his death; Sonam returned only after he died. A Special Investigation Team recreated the crime scene in Meghalaya to gather evidence.
