BJP MP Kangana Ranaut expressed grief over floods in Himachal Pradesh and delayed visits. At least 37 people died and Rs 400 crore in property was damaged by torrential rains. Cloudbursts and heavy rainfall caused house damage and vehicle losses in the state.
