Ganguly and Shah served together in BCCI from October 2019 to September 2022. Ganguly said that he expected Shah to be 'stubborn' but was pleasantly surprised by his approach. Ganguly said that Shah, the current ICC chairman, "wanted to do things properly for Indian cricket".
