Fringe group Rajput Karni Sena has said censor board chief Prasoon Joshi will not be allowed to enter Rajasthan to attend the Jaipur Literature festival and has threatened to follow him and protest if he does. Earlier, the Allahabad High Court issued a contempt notice to Mr Joshi with the next hearing to take place on February 12.
