Integrated construction tech company - Captech Technologies has decided to bring back more than 10,000 laborers through its eForce platform - the country's first first construction labour marketplace, from states such as Odisha, WestBengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, among others. Due to COVID-19 induced lockdown restrictions, several migrant laborers left for their hometowns places and could not return to work amid the lack of work commitment from the labor contractor. (Also Read: eForce: Realty Majors TATA Projects, Oberoi To Use India's First Labour Market Platform )

Captech Technologies serves several construction companies and real-estate players, including Pepsico, Tata Projects, Oberoi Realty, NCC, Capacit'e Infraprojects, Karewar Infracon, Marathon Realty. eForce - which is also the country's largest B2B infra marketplace, bridges the gap between developers and migrant labour contractors.

The construction tech company enables developers, migrant labour contractors, and specialized vendors to connect at a common platform, to find quality labour within a short span of time.

"...Getting the labors back is the need of the hour for us, in the past couple of weeks we have seen the labor demand grow exponentially due to relaxation post the second wave lockdown. As a company, we are committed to help migrant workers to reach the construction sites properly,'' said Asutosh Katyal CEO and Founder, Captech Technologies.

The integrated multilingual platform provides a boost for the timely completion of projects, especially to maintain the pace of work amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The eForce app acts as an enabler in the unorganized construction market in India as it helps in connecting developers to the contracted labourers by utilising tools such as artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics. It can deploy more than 4,00,000 labourers through thousands of general contractors who are registered on the platform.

The coordination helps in growing the supply chain. It aims to organize the unorganized migrant and non-migrant labour contractor market in the construction industry. The eForce application - compatible with both android and apple stores, was launched in June last year by Captech technologies.
