Jeddah Tower, or Burj Jeddah, is expected to be over 1,000 metres, as per Guinness World Record

The tower will have 170 stories and it will be a mixture of luxury housing, office space and luxury condominiums

The under-construction building will also feature the world's highest observation decks ever built
