Reports of unusual occurrences in the area date back several centuries.

In March 1918, a US Navy cargo ship with over 300 men sank near the Bermuda triangle. The ship never sent out an SOS call, and no wreckage was ever found.

“Only God and the sea know what happened to the great ship,” said US President Woodrow Wilson.

In 1941, two other ships similarly vanished without a trace along the same route.

In December 1945, five Navy aircraft carrying 14 men were lost around the area.

All these planes flew in the mysterious region until they ran out of fuel. A rescue plane with 13 on board also disappeared.

Search operations lasted for weeks but failed to turn up any evidence of the planes.

Even after decades of trying, scientists have failed to solve the mystery of the Devil's Triangle.
