Nutrient deficiencies can manifest through various symptoms, depending on the nutrient lacking

1. Iron Deficiency (Anemia): Fatigue, weakness, pale skin, shortness of breath, dizziness, brittle nails, hair loss, cold hands and feet, headaches, and cravings for non-food items

2. Vitamin D Deficiency: Bone pain, muscle weakness, fatigue, frequent infections, depression, and in severe cases, rickets (children) or osteomalacia (adults)
