Several Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) air hostesses have mysteriously disappeared after landing in Canada

The series of vanishing acts, spanning over a few years, has raised concerns and questions about PIA's management

The latest case emerged earlier this week when a note expressing gratitude to PIA was found in a Toronto hotel room, Dawn reported

The note was penned by a PIA air hostess named Maryam Raza, who failed to report for duty on the return flight to Karachi

An airline's spokesperson said that Ms Raza's disappearance marks the 2nd such instance this year, where a PIA stewardess disappeared upon arrival in Canada

Last month, another PIA flight crew member Fazia Mukhtar went abruptly missing in a similar way
