Government issues guidelines to regulate coaching centres

The move aims at addressing student suicides, fire emergencies, insufficient facilities, exorbitant fees


As per the guideline, no tutors should be engaged with qualifications lower than graduation

The institute must not make misleading promises or guarantees of ranks or good marks to parents/students

Enroll students below 16 years of age. Student enrollment should only occur after the secondary school exam
