Other banks include Airtel Payments Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Allahabad Bank and Canara Bank

A customer may face this situation due to low balance, vehicle-FASTtag class mismatch, non-affixation on the windscreen and carrying in hand

The physical tag has a validity of 5 years, but it needs to be recharged as per the usage
