Schools may tie up with top institutes for faculty input, but no private coaching institutions will be involved

CBSE proposes dual-level curriculum for all major subjects, similar to the two-level maths system in Grades 10-12

Subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, CS, Legal Studies, Accounts, and Economics will be offered at CAS

Admission to CAS requires counseling and a transparent selection process; separate or trained teachers must be appointed

Schools cannot operate dummy or franchise coaching centers; CAS focuses only on genuine entrance exam guidance

Ministry suggests “Professor of Practice” model, allowing industry and education experts to mentor students in schools
