While BJP promised "pink toilets" and free Wi-Fi at prominent places in its manifesto for the local body elections, Bahujan Samaj Party's mayoral candidate from Lucknow Bulbul Godiyal had claimed the BJP copied her concept of "pink toilets" for women.
