Suzuki Motorcycles India unveiled two of its products that will make their way into the Indian market soon. The company showcased the new Gixxer, a 150cc bike, and the Let's, a 110cc scooter, which will be shown to at the Delhi AutoExpo.

Suzuki admitted that the growth of the two wheeler market was flat and expected it to be that way for the coming year as well. But Suzuki was optimistic about the fact that the bike will bring the customer a lot of joy. In an extensive presentation, Suzuki mentioned how the company had actively taken customer feedback after which the designers and engineers went to the drawing board and chalked out the two bikes.

The Gixxer gets design cues from the GSX1000R and lookswise, it is aggressive and it is bound to grab the attention of the young generation. To be made available in five colours, the Gixxer gets a 150cc, 1 cylinder 4-stroke engine. The power output however has not been revealed.

Then there is the Let's Scooter, which in fact also sees the arrival of a new brand ambassador in the face of Parineeti Chopra. The design cues for this 110cc scooter have been carried forward from the 125cc offerings from Suzuki. The Let's is powered by a single cylinder, air cooled, 2 valve engine which produces 8.7 bhp. The rear wheel is powered by CVT transmission while the front gets telescopic suspension and the rear comes with oil-damped coil spring suspension.

Suzuki's own 'Suzuki Eco Performance' system, or SEP, makes its way into both the bikes and hence Suzuki assures that the performance of the both the 150cc Gixxer and the 110cc Let's has not been compromised on. In fact, the SEP system has also been able to help out in achieving higher fuel economy.

Suzuki will announce the price of the Let's at the Auto Expo in Delhi and the bike will go on sale soon after. However, you will have to wait to get your hands on the Gixxer as the company will announce the prices somewhere around May or June and then will make the bike available in July.
