HDFC Trims Stake in Indraprastha Medical Corporation

New Delhi: Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has sold a 2.12 per cent stake in healthcare firm Indraprastha Medical Corporation.

HDFC Ltd that held a 9.81 per cent stake in Indraprastha Medical Corporation has disposed off 2.12 per cent shares through open market sale, the company said in a filing to the BSE.

The sale of shares was done during December 4-24, it added.

Post-disposal, HDFC Ltd has 7.69 per cent shares in Indraprastha Medical Corporation.

Shares in Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd, on Monday, ended 1.05 per cent higher at Rs 67.10 apiece on the BSE, whose benchmark Sensex index finished up 0.76 per cent.
