Computer Age Management Services IPO: How To Check The Allotment Status

The Rs 2,242-crore IPO of Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), which was open for subscription between September 21 and September 23, had received a strong response from the investor community. The public offering of the financial infrastructure and service provider was subscribed as much as 46.93 times, with the retail category subscribed 5.44 times, qualified institutional buyers portion attracted subscription of 73.18 times and non-institutional investors category, 111.85 times. Computer Age Management Services will be listed on the exchanges on October 1, 2020.

The IPO is an offer-for-sale of 1.22 crore shares by the promoters, including Great Terrain Investment, NSE Investments, Warburg Pincus and Acsys Investments.

How to check the allotment status of Computer Age Management Services IPO?

Click on the drop-down menu and select company name as CAMS (please note that the name will appear only after the allotment process is complete)

Check either of the boxes, viz. 'Permanent Account Number (PAN)' or 'Application Number' or 'Depository/Client ID'

Type your 'Permanent Account Number (PAN )' or 'Application Number' or 'Depository/Client ID' in the chosen box

Click on 'Submit' button

Visit the website of BSE i.e. https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx

Check the box, 'Equity'

Select the 'Issue Name' in the dropdown menu as CAMS (please note: the company name will appear only after the allotment process is complete)

Type the 'Application Number' in the box

Type the 'Permanent Account Number (PAN No.)' in the next box

Click on 'Search' button
