The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday withdrew its complaint to the ICC against Australia skipper Steve Smith and his teammate Peter Handscomb over the DRS row during the second Test between the two fierce rivals in Bengaluru. Senior journalists Shekhar Gupta and Sharda Ugra joined NDTV to discuss the Indian board's decision, and whether it was right on its part to withdraw the complaint.
