The hunt for Jagmohan Dalmiya's successor is already seeing some interesting twists and turns. Reports suggest East Zone, whose turn it is to nominate a president till 2017, will propose the name of Jharkhand's Amitabh Choudhary for the vacant BCCI chief's post. This could be a setback for Rajeev Shukla and Sharad Pawar, who names were doing the rounds after Dalmiya passed away on Sunday. Choudhary will also get the backing of former president N. Srinivasan, who still enjoys a lot of support from Board units.
