On NDTV's Dialogues we discuss government's new anti-surrogacy Bill basically shuts down an entire 'rent-a-womb' industry. While this may be born of good intentions, do some of the clauses go too far? Only a close relative can be a surrogate, no single parents, homosexuals are allowed to opt for surrogacy.
