In view of the reforms announced over the last few months and Parliament passing important Bills this session, HDFC chairman Deepak Parekh says he is "reasonably positive that 2013 would be better than 2012". He adds that the Indian economy has bottomed out and the gross domestic product growth may improve to 6-6.5 per cent in the next fiscal.
