In the west of Libya, at the Tripoli Square, there are self congratulatory celebrations by those still loyal to Moammar Gaddafi. In the east of the country, at the square in Benghazi, there are celebrations as well, but by men and women who believe a new country has already been born. Beyond the flamboyant rhetoric on both sides of the divide though, the battlelines have split the country down the middle, with no resolution in sight.
