We focus on the complaints about a cash crunch in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana. People are tweeting us about not getting cash at ATMs in Delhi too. It's almost a flashback to the days after demonetisation in November 2016. The cash crunch has also jolted the centre into a series of statements and explanations, which raised even more questions. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley conceded a "temporary shortage in some areas" and said it was being "tackled quickly". The SBI chief said this was restricted to certain states where the demand has gone up, a possible reason was that the agricultural procurement season has started." Sources in the IT department have told NDTV individual withdrawals in the last two to three months will be scrutinized. So just where has the cash gone? What's behind the cash crunch? That's the question we're asking this evening on Livestream. Tell us your experiences, with the cash shortage and what you'd like to ask the authorities.
