Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday announced the second tranche of the Rs 20 Lakh Crore stimulus package. The ongoing "One Nation One Ration Card " scheme, under which anyone, irrespective of where they are, can avail of ration, will be completed, Ms Sitharaman said. The big question is: Repackaging on old scheme is all the government could do in the name of welfare amid the coronavirus pandemic?
