In an exclusive interview to NDTV, constitutional expert Fali Nariman slammed government's haste in pushing the Judicial Appointments Bill and said he will challenge it in Supreme Court. He told NDTV that he thinks even Law Minister was not in the loop on pushing the bill. Arguing that the eminence of the Executive will undermine freedom of judiciary, he asked why could the government not seek Chief Justice of India's views on the bill.
