As US goes to polls, the race between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton remains close. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Bhagwati said Donald Trump will be less protectionist than Hillary Clinton. It would be difficult for India if Hillary wins, he said adding, Democrats are self-righteous in a big way.
