In an explosive interview to NDTV, nine-time Congress MP and senior leader Kamal Nath says it's time for Sonia Gandhi to step back and Rahul to take over the reins of the party. Elaborating on the crisis within the Congress he said that the decisions in the party fall between two stools - Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, and there is no clear direction as both have divergent views. In a blunt and candid interview that is bound to shake up the Grand Old Party, Kamal Nath said that when they go to Sonia Gandhi, they are sent to Rahul and when they approach Rahul, they are sent back to Sonia. His solution - Rahul Gandhi should take responsibility now and become party president immediately.
