Everytime elections are near trust the Sangh Parivar to raise the issue of Ram Mandir. And 2014 seems to be no different. The VHP's 'chaurasi kosi parikrama yatra' has been planned just a few months before the elections. The RSS has thrown its weight behind it and the BJP hasn't distanced itself. Though the Congress says that it is a gameplan by both the BJP and the Samajwadi Party, the party has done little to rein in Digvijaya Singh who has publicly questioned the authenticity of Batla House encounter time and again. Are political parties playing the communal card on purpose? While the Samajwadi party has removed Kamal Faruqui from the post of national Secretary over his comment on Yasin Bhatkal, the party fell short of suspending or removing him from being a primary member. Does India need to go back to the Mandir-Masjid issue or are today's youth saddled with bigger problems. Join us for a Big Fight tonight at 8 pm on NDTV 24X7.
