BCCI shall act firmly and justly if allegations are proven: N Srinivasan

BCCI chief N Srinivasan clarifies his position as the head of Indian cricket's body. He says that the BCCI shall assist the police investigation of his son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan. He goes on to say that some sections of the media have overstepped their bounds in the coverage of Gurunath's arrest. Srinivasan highlights how the IPL has improved the viewing of Indian cricket. Also he added that if charges were proven against Gurunath then the BCCI will act in the proper manner in dealing with the situation.
