India's equity markets are all set to gain some more depth.Come April 21 and life will be different for many retail and institutional investors as they will be allowed to sell short and borrow and lend securities.The short-selling mechanism was banned after the Ketan Parekh scam came into light in 2001. But now it has been reintroduced with more stringent measures.
